What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
I spent many months evaluating many different solutions. I chose Rippling after an exhausting search as it really checked all the boxes. It was not a mature product at the time we signed the contract, but they invested heavily in the technology and really had a killer CS team to set their customers up properly. Since we operated in different countries, with Rippling, I was able to set up multiple profiles for PTO, Compensation, Holidays and so many more. As a people office of one, I simplified onboarding and offboarding with the automations through recipes, mind blowing.....
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that every aspect of the employee journey can be automated. You can program your recipes and it's so intuitive that a 5 year old could do it. Our CSM really took the time to answer and guide me through the implementation process and was available post go-live to assist with any features we didn't think about during the implementation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's a bundled product, so we were required to switch payroll providers in order to use the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Change management is critical. If this is a replacement to a system you have in place, capture all your pain points and what you're solving for in a new system. Rippling is an amazing product and you will be very happy with it, but it has its strengths and limitations. The LMS is not a mature service offering, but through their app store you can add one the you currently use natively or via an API. Have lots of questions and just ensure that your CSM understands your pain points and is taking you down the right path

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
Processing payroll and bringing new employees on board with Rippling is a breeze. Direct administration and tracking of benefits are much simplified by their incorporation into the payroll system. The Payroll system is a standout feature, since it provides a detailed breakdown of employee paychecks, itemizing all the components, and making it simple to export pay stubs as PDFs for use in applications for both financing and verification.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My experience with Rippling has been limited to its usage by a small business; therefore, I cannot comment on how simple it is to use at a bigger organization. However, I cannot believe that it would be more challenging than using any other payroll service. The ability to measure and manage time, as well as the inclusion of IT support, gives the impression that growing is simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be great if birthday and anniversary reminders could be customized. Managing the costs of health care coverage and other perks is difficult. We have a poor application tracking system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
By far the simplest HR platform I've ever used to keep track of my salary, perks, vacation days, and general grasp of how my firm operates. Additional birthday and anniversary notification options would be a welcome addition to the site.
