What differentiates Revenue Grid from other similar products?

The knowledge and hard work of the people behind this product is what makes it so valuable. Deployment on our end is simplified by the ease with which they manage new features, requests, and integrations. Furthermore, the easily accessible detailed instructions for fixing issues is always helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

If your Office 365 administrator has enabled the Revenue Grid app, then Outlook will automatically download it. The user only has to log in to Salesforce through the Revenue Grid. Nataliia did a fantastic job of onboarding our staff; she gave us a ton of information and kept in touch with us regularly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My initial impression of the solution was that it wasn't properly thought out because of the poorly constructed documentation for getting started. The project's conclusion put an end to those worries.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our sales staff is heavily invested in Outlook and rarely uses a browser. Revenue Grid brings the power of the Salesforce platform into Outlook, where most interactions with customers take place, for more accurate recording of those interactions and subsequent activities.

What differentiates Revenue Grid from other similar products?

The software is easy to install and start using right away. It takes the largest organization in the world a record two hours. On the other side, reading the income grid shouldn't be too difficult. It's a helpful addition to ensure first-time users feel comfortable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Excellent and simple to use automation software. New and improved features are consistently being released by their team. Time spent on prospecting, nurturing prospects, and closing deals was greatly reduced by using the Engagement solution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's not a program that gets upgrades instantly. It is inconvenient to have to update the income grid every so often. Our Internet speed has zero bearing on this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's been a great way to get in touch with many folks at once. Multiple mailings can be sent at once, making it easy to acquire customers, collect payments, and conduct surveys. It has changed things significantly.
