I like the goal setting and survey result feedback a lot! The analysis is provides when sending a performance feedback survey to a group is quintessential in making sure employees are delivered unmatched client experience

The 1-on-1 and feedback items
What do you dislike most about this product?
Probably the limitation on numerical identification on goals. There are some that a percentage doesn’t always work best for where more of a “not started, in process, or done” would be more accurate

This is the ideal product to integrate as HR, as businesses often fall short in delivering timely feedback to their employees. This is vital to both ensure employee engagement is high and interests of company are protected

It's meant to get everyone on the same page so that the business can run smoothly. With this structure, you can keep track of your professional development by taking notes, soliciting feedback, and compiling a general record of your work experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that the company has the option of establishing its own forms for project evaluations. This ensures uniformity throughout the company. I also appreciate how well it helps keep mentors and mentees in sync with regards to analyzing feedback and aligning professional objectives.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The program is effective in most respects. Even if the option already exists, I'd prefer managers to be able to insist that their staff members make their own feedback requests.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our company uses Quantum to help with goal-setting and performance evaluation. It's perfect for monitoring several workers and guiding them toward a strategy for advancement. It's convenient to have all of my professional information in one place, and it's helped me stay on track with my career objectives and accomplishments.
