What differentiates Quadient Invoice Automation from other similar products?
Features that work for both finance and other departments with large budgets and expenses to manage. From credit card expenses to standing invoices and the ability to program approval workflows and see the status if invoices and even flag potential duplicate expenses helps save time and makes us more efficient overall.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to see all expenses and status at any time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What is missing is the ability to mass import of pdfs of expenses like those for credit cards, and for SAGE to prepopulate the data in certain main fields.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure that the SAGE software platform is set up to cover different types of expenses.
