Depth and breadth of the product. High capture rate with low false positive or false negatives.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to get extremely granular in the way we quarantine email and the flexibility the product has.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some minor viewing glitches that could be improved on. By that i mean when viewing a quarantine fold for a newly incoming mail, sometimes it will not be found until you change the date range to include all dates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do your comparisons and hold Proofpoint's feet to the fire. They will be motivated to earn your business.
