What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We tried to implement ProofHub for our Marketing and Communication departments to centralize all incoming requests, event calendars and asset production, so we use Proofhub in the respective department of our company for the same. The fact that we can directly drag and drop files from Google Drive or Dropbox to our Proofhub works great. With the option to set up a custom domain and keep things private, we feel reassured that we don't have to compromise on our privacy while storing data in an external tool. The R&D department also uses the program. This program has helped us with project separation, presenting information, and task management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't found any mischief in this software yet but yesterday the chat gets stuck once in a while; besides these minor inconveniences, my team has faced no problems at all!
