I would say what mainly differentiates share file from other products on the market is the simplistic ease of access for both the user and I.T. during the initial setup process. In addition, the program is very user friendly and very dummy proof to the point where anyone can use the software and understand it.

I would say my favorite aspect of the product is the simplistic user interface that offers a variety of options without forcing the user to use set options if they don't want to.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I cannot think of anything that I do not like with this product. I've only ever had one issue when I was initially setting up the software, and the tech support team got it fixed in a matter of minutes
