Integration with third-party software that simplifies the transfer of information and data between different operating systems is one of the advantages that Procore offers that prevails from the others in the competition.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The first thing we have to say about Procore is that it is the best solution we have found for managing cloud-based construction projects in general. Its enormous capabilities and its support for project predictability thanks to 3D modeling are two of its main selling factors, along with the wealth of tools it offers to organize activities in an orderly fashion, such as time tracking, scheduling, file sharing and group collaboration. With the ability to set deadlines and assign tasks to specific team members, the scheduling feature has proven invaluable in keeping everyone on the same page and avoiding unnecessary delays in project progress.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Smaller companies or projects may have trouble justifying the cost, and the need for more complex features, such as connectivity to widely used systems, can further drive up the price.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a construction project management tool, Procore has been invaluable to my company. We recommend it because we have seen an increase in productivity due to its ability to keep us all on the same page and focused on our goals.
