Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates ProcessMaker Low-Code BPA Software from other similar products?
Business can configure and own bpm rules, although this is not a differentiator, all BPM tools should offer this
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That the platform lives in its own cloud and it can be easily shared with external stakeholders. In our case, we have automated process with vendors and other stakeholders and the managing of the process and the license is easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Gui feels outdated (version 3.3.17), There are new versions, but cost doesn't justify the migration Overall cost (license/hosting) is now too high vs the value we are getting out of the platform
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider other solutions; in our case, we are migrating to leveraging more MS Power Platform: We already have an O365 license, so more and more, is difficult to justify and additional platform to automate, and report on processes.
Pros
