What differentiates ProcessMaker Low-Code BPA Software from other similar products?

I may not be able to differentiate as processmaker is the only BPM platform I have worked with. However, processmaker is Easy to use/

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that I can much by just dragging and dropping components

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited to only php programming language

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates ProcessMaker Low-Code BPA Software from other similar products?

ProcessMaker allowed for highly customizable reports, but our internal IT department set up all our custom work-flow and reporting. Support was not helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This software aided in bringing our company out of paper Purchase Orders and into digital paperwork.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support would often release a new update without notice that would introduce bugs and break our workflow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would advise that you give the software a trial run before committing to purchase.
