What differentiates Plex MES from other similar products?
Secure easy to administer cloud based platform with great base capabilities. Fits manufacturing very well

It runs well, and is fairly easy to train staff on
What do you dislike most about this product?
Extensibility and integration toolset is still not mature. Their are ecosystem options, but would rather they were part of Plex core offerings
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It the core features fit your requirements, you will be very happy. If you have to do much in unique customizations make sure you know what that path looks like in advance.
