What differentiates Pega Platform from other similar products?

I have a product that our organization has loved and we are beginning to implement in different departments of the same, it is distinguished from the others because it allows us to place a modern system on an already obsolete system so that our customer service manager has support to when managing the necessary data with our current clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The business process management engine that this product has allows the specification of different business rules regardless of their form to be able to visually understand the flow of a process without the need for extensive knowledge in the area also provides a sufficiently solid list of use cases of the website in order to learn how to interact with the platform and which states are necessary to overcome for the growth of the organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although there are few negative things about this product, it continues to incur different failures and some are not taken into account in the updates that have been made, for example, the product tends to be slow, it has remained slow and apparently continue to slow sometimes is not a problem however with the passage of time and taking into account large jobs they tend to be quite tiring to use this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Depending on the type of company, this product can be useful to a greater or lesser extent, it can be easily recommended if in your organization you need to go beyond simple marketing automation and want to start with the integration of marketing in all internal processes since In this way, marketing is seen as a tool that escapes from advertising and begins to provide experiences for our customers.
