Recruiting is part of payroll system if you want it to be.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Filing the quarterly returns with a great record of accuracy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unable to select payroll deduction DATE from your bank account.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider the time involved in processing payroll, quarterly tax returns that are necessary for high accuracy, managing resumes from recruits and benefits accrual; this is a time saving system to keep accurate records.

Paylocity provides a many areas of interaction for both employees and administrators. They do a nice job of updating when needed and communicating updates.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer service is good; answers provided by multiple staff are consistent and accurate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Inability to make custom changes without exorbitant expense; interaction with other systems is lacking.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you are asking the right questions and that you are getting all of the promised items when using the product.
