What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

Paylocity is constantly improving their existing platforms and adding to them, staying current with features and options and technology that we need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Onboarding and Open Enrollment are tied, but Payroll is vital, too.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Inability for us to easily create custom reports on our own

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with the basics (payroll) and expand from there. There are so many great features, but it can get overwhelming to try to implement more than one at a time.

I like how it is customizable to do what we need it to do.

It has so many features that I cannot independently implement changes without support.

I would recommend this product because of how easy it is to get support for changing things or meeting our needs.
