The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?
I haven't seen a unique feature.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The usability and reports creation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I've encountered with lack of customization features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Good service, but be aware of customer service knowledge, not everything can be customizable and you can't pick the exact features that you'll use, they come in packages.

Paylocity gets the job done

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?
Their support model has been evolving over time and I know feel much better about the support I receive. I have heard more complaints about other software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For a one-stop-shop, it covers many areas pretty well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The amount of time it takes for a bug to be resolved. We can be told an issue may take months and months to be fixed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you understand all your critical "must haves" and if you are migrating data from another system, work hard on this part. We were unfortunately left with incomplete data due to the person in charge of the migration (on our side) not consulting with others (me) and ensuring nothing was missing and the data was coming over correctly.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?
The value for the features offered. Very good client support, training, and knowledge base.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The enhanced payroll process. It has cut our payroll time to less than half of what it was before. Worforce management and document capabilities are also good.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reporting. There is not much customization with the dynamic reporting, and it is too complex for someone who doesn't have hours to spend testing it. How about an enhancement that allows you to drag and drop data fields to create custom reports?
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Test the demo to get a feel for the product. Speak to someone who has been using it for a while to get a clear understanding of the capabilities and value.
