How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?
It is always important that we are able to contact our client services team when we have an issue. I do not need to wait days for someone to get back to us. Our business moves fast and with over 1,400 team members and continuing to acquire new dealerships, it is important that we get answers when we need them so we can service our team members quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Data Analytics, Community, and Reporting
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the filters in Community are not user friendly and you have to work around trying to publish to only those that need the information. Not a fan of the buried Resources and multiple click paths to get to important information within the system, especially if it is information that only managers should view. Plus the mobile app and the desktop should feel similar to a user but there are different names and click paths to get to the same information.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure your internal team is prepared in advance of implementation; understand areas you may need to work around; utilize the products you purchase to the fullest by being creative with regard to how you can engage your workforce.

Reliable payroll processing and comprehensive benefits administration. These features let us focus on people work rather than firefighting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface is exceptional, and HR task automation is quite useful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There isn't much to dislike. Be patient with customer support and be resourceful in learning to use the software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be sure to allocate budget for expert implementation support from an HR consultancy.
