What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?

Paycom is used for expense management as well as other HR tasks such as recruiting, payroll, and performance management. We switched from a competitor to Paycom and found the software to be more intuitive and user-friendly than the one we had previously.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The team was extremely knowledgeable, performed the majority of the construction work, and made the entire process feel very smooth. We love that it's an all-in-one system because it eliminates so much error, makes our jobs a lot easier, and gives employees a lot of data ownership. After all, they know their data best! It's a hit with our employees and managers. They can easily approve things using their phones.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The registration process was lengthy and time-consuming. This could take a little longer or a little shorter depending on the organization and employees' comfort level with various technologies. It took me a little less than an hour to sign up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Paycom is a great fit for all of your HR and payroll needs. Benefits changes are seamlessly transferred to payroll, requiring only one entry rather than two, which can lead to data entry errors. Paycom allows you to focus on more important issues rather than shuffling paper, which is a huge benefit. It assists us in lowering our paper costs, allowing our company to be more environmentally friendly.

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?

Paycom serves as my left hand, assisting me in ensuring that all of our benefits, performance management, training and development, and compliance needs are met. Everyone in the company uses Paycom for time management and payroll processing. DRG workers can also use Paycom to gather data for reports and analytics. Paycom helps with the organization's day-to-day operations and bridges communication gaps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We've made a significant shift in compliance, allowing us to make and hold our employees far more accountable for their own timesheets, as well as removing manager responsibilities for making adjustments to individual timesheets. Paycom has been a fantastic development for our company, and our employees have embraced it as well. Paycom has exceeded our high standards for excellent customer service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there was a way to upload a document directly to an employee's profile rather than needing to create a document type first with the documents and management tool. Their support team is always on the phone with other customers. It would be ideal to be able to collaborate with the expert who is most familiar with our system.

Paycom is a great fit for all of your HR and payroll needs. Benefits changes are smoothly communicated to payroll, requiring only one entry rather than two, which might lead to data entry errors. Everything is managed electronically, all employees must have an email address and access to a computer or other electronic device e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone.
