What differentiates PandaDoc Contracts from other similar products?

PandaDoc has done job of creating a platform that is easy to use and very intuitive. There drag and drop contract builder is the best i've worked with and allows me to quickly create documents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the tokens feature. Being able to create variables that will later be pre-filled when we execute our contract templates saves me a ton of time. I 'm a fan of the document conversion tool. Being able to convert contracts to an editable PandaDoc format allows me to respond to clients in an efficient manner.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would love to see more control over managing tags. Both in editing tag name as well as automating the application of them.

PandaDoc introduced a free plan. Thats great way to test the waters and see if it makes sense for your team.

Virtual signatures, question-and-answer sessions, and of course the exchange and transfer of papers both internally and to clients are some of the advantages I have reaped. Transferring crucial info to documents is also made simple by it. Additionally, the templates are excellent and simple to modify.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The initials and signatures' sizes are fixed. Another challenging aspect of our document's signature line is positioning the boxes for the signer's name or initials. The signature will appear too high above the line if the bottom of the field box is aligned with the signature line on our document.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have to resend each document because I object to the automatic expiration of documents. The document can possibly be expired, but we also have the choice to transmit it again. The presentation's format is its worst flaw, in my opinion. While content pages are frequently challenging to maintain, covers are simple to change.
