What differentiates PandaDoc Contracts from other similar products?

It's integration with our marketing platform makes our proposal process very fast and repeatable. Even though every proposal is always customized, much of it is repeated, and having a library of templates as well a content library to so I can quickly mix and match is a win.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to collect payments directly from the product. I've collected a lot of money over the years using this functionality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The way the product pricing catalog makes it complicated to set up a by-the-hour service.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is great for most simple to medium complexity proposals. If you have to prepare responses to very large RFPs, which often run to hundreds of pages in their final format, this isn't for that.

Salesforce Integration

What do you dislike most about this product?

Terrible Support. Paid $5000 in PS to make the onboarding seamless and never was fully onboarded reverting back to our old CPQ solution out of frustration. Sales even extended our contract and they continued to displease us during the implementation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product seemed great. The internal communication between Sales, Support and Customer Success was extremely broken.
