Have only used the Osirium product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use. Reliability.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not very good with Linux, so backend tasks can be a bit of a challenge.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get technical staff to read the documentation as initially it can come across as a bit difficult to use. After using it becomes logical and easy to understand.

Consider metadata attributes carefully as they can add a lot of power. Also AD integration is a must.
