What differentiates Ortto from other similar products?

One of the main programs that has helped me relate much better with each of my clients is Ortto, since this program studies what each of the needs of all my clients are with the grandiose objective of offering them a very good, most personalized service. possible that a program of these characteristics can achieve, I really like working hand in hand with this platform thanks to it great performance that I have achieved in each of the projects where I implement this program to keep track of all the audience that follows the platforms of the company as well as the multiple messages that it sends to different destinations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Never before have I had a program that gives me so much control in the performance of my marketing, this program perfectly combines functions such as autonomous marketing with email marketing, in order to provide each of its users with a fairly complete experience of each of its functions. to address all the elements and strategies that complement a really successful marketing campaign, I am happy to have the support of Ortto as this program has been a very good solution in my workplace for a long time, this program has been in charge to maintain the constant flow of customers thanks to the means of connection on the web.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is unfortunate that the free version of this program has so few messages to use and send to my contacts, the functions of this version can be really limited, since the program still has many areas to explore than another program with much more time already. are running, we hope that the program will gradually expand its functions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ortto is a program that can easily be used in any type of company, since this program will be a great ally to automatically analyze the movements of your most frequent customers, as well as keep each of them informed, in my case I like it recommend Ortto because it is an easy and quick option to use for the development of my marketing.

What differentiates Ortto from other similar products?

Ortto is on the list of the main programs for my job and my department, since it is thanks to its functionality and the work it generates in different channels that the increase in clients has been remarkable. This program has a good characteristic and is that the program completely studies all the most relevant details of our clientele so that when the time comes to show our content through our email or other platforms it is personalized enough to match the tastes of our clientele, in addition I pleased to use this program because of how easy it is to achieve my mission with the program.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This program is designed to build little by little and analyze the entire journey of each of our clients, this can be achieved very easily thanks to a great and intuitive interface, this is very comfortable and organic to guide us to execute each of its functions in its best version, Ortto is a program that always seeks the best solutions to automate and feed the speed and performance of each of its users, as well as it is possible that the program perfectly complements other applications on my system such as Salesforce, Segment, Zapier, Slack and more, these stretch out the skills I have in my possession.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The potential of this program is very high, it still has many functions to be exploited in its software, it does not have native integration with other CRMs that are not Salesforce, this would increase our experience with the program much more, as well as the program does not have a function of subscription management for end users, are options we believe can be implemented.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the most effective programs for automation that will understand and analyze the entire life and development of your clients while they are on our platform is Ortto. I always recommend this program because of the high probability it has to increase sales of any business since This program studies and deepens the specifications of each client in each of the channels where it is executed.

What differentiates Ortto from other similar products?

That everything is so well-designed and easy to use is a huge plus. The setup and execution of other, larger technologies can take months and need substantial financial inputs, in my experience. After being implemented, the tools required extensive training and still had bugs. Yet, despite their best efforts, customer assistance was frequently frustratingly sluggish and useless. Only a few minutes of my time (and no outside consultant needed) and I had autopilot up and running. It's been as easy to use as any modern program should be. Customer assistance has been speedy and helpful so far.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Marketers' holy grail is the autopilot. Almost every activity may be turned into a "journey," including but not limited to email newsletter distribution, lead scoring, lead assignment, lead nurturing, website action tracking, and more. You can get even more done with less effort if you utilize tools like Salesforce and Segment, but even without those I've seen a big return on investment (ROI). They have just released a much-needed upgrade to their email editor.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Any CRM than Salesforce might benefit from this capability. Improvements to the already available actions and triggers, especially those related to API triggers, would be very appreciated. Costs can skyrocket with a significant number of subscribers and a feature-rich business strategy (including A/B testing, API triggers, and more). To make the transition from other email clients completely, I'd also want to see a subscription management option implemented for end users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In terms of email marketing automation, Autopilot excels in most cases; it is especially potent when integrated with your website's forms and workflows. The Heads-Up functions appear to be a potent resource for boosting user involvement on a website. While I haven't spent much work on scoring or statistics, I anticipate that these areas will receive more focus with future iterations of the app.
