What differentiates OroCommerce from other similar products?

OROCommerce has friendly plugins which proved to be useful to the business. Plugins such as QUANTA for RFQ process were quite useful. The payment options flexibility that OROCommerce provided was also quite good.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The payment options flexibility enabled us to use OROCommerce to create B2B e-commerce website. Additionally, the wide range of plugins available were quite handy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The ease of customisation wasn't high enough

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The pricing is reasonable, and the Community edition is quite good too. For someone wanting to create a simple E-commerce platform, the multiple plugins will sure be handy.

What differentiates OroCommerce from other similar products?

What sold us were the B2B specific features provided out of the box by OROCommerce. Our organization has a lot of specific business rules we needed to follow when finding a new e-commerce product and ORO was able to satisfy all of our needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is it puts all of my data into a single place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My hope in the future is the reporting and analytic data becomes a bit more easy to use and a bit more robust. Creating reports or analyzing customer purchase information is not easy or intuitive, it requires a lot of technical and field specific knowledge which is difficult for anyone not living this product ever day.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation is that someone be dedicated to managing the product and work with ORO to obtain the proper product knowledge for your organizations use case.
