Nothing as such. Its a great application help us to provide amazing solutions in various modules in our organization

What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft ERP from other similar products?

I am primarily a customer of this item in my organization, but have been using it for several years now. I've used it at two companies I've been to. I used to use it to organize employee timesheets basically, but it's actually almost everything related to employee data needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how all the processes are organized and how you can effectively communicate changes to multiple members. Easily record and track huge amounts of employee data. Large number of options for report generation and data extraction.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not compatible with all mobile devices or is an application that is only compatible with certain software and browsers, not working properly. ROI is a bit disadvantageous because it is very commonly used so it is easy to locate the help, so it takes less time to process and guard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I am using PeopleSoft from a very long time and indeed its a good investment for growth.

What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft ERP from other similar products?

Oracle is the only corporate cloud platform that makes no compromises when it comes to migrating PeopleSoft, its accompanying database management systems, and community of applications to the cloud. The Oracle system is a fantastic tool for adhering to organizational procedures. It can manage highly complicated processes and has powerful reporting capabilities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has proven to be the most effective technique we have used thus far. It not only has a lot of features, but it also allows us to create bespoke business processes. The nicest thing about this program is that it performs what it's supposed to do and it's reliable. The program, once mastered, is far more effective than your thoughts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The major disadvantage of this program is that it is not particularly user pleasant at first, until you get used to it. It will take some time to grasp it, but it will be worthwhile for your organization. Bare in mind that owing to the extensive range of functions, both deployment and learning require time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's simple to move data between compute clouds and transfer data from research and testing to the cloud. You may also upload bespoke data to the Oracle cloud and divide your database into clustering analysis. This is critical to our EPM's success. It also contains the most recent compliance and recruitment procedures.
