Oracle PeopleSoft is like a human worker who manages all crm activities,it is quite interactive and plays a huge part in marketing our company

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Crm,this tool ensures that customers data are kept safe and in order incase they are needed,it is also the perfect tool to track the progress of your customers and keep them close to the business

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced anything as a dislike soo far

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool is 100% working and can play a huge part in your company,as a user I guarantee you that this tool will bring changes in your company by a huge margin,I highly recommend it to you

This Customer Relationships Management tool enables enterprises to rapidly track their sales, customer support and market trends.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's real-time communication. The customer service department is able to get instant queries from customers and timely respond post ticketing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Oracle PeopleSoft CRM software is just amazing and quite compatible with other tools. The platform lacks demerits as for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd highly recommend the product for seamless customer service support in small, medium and also large enterprises.
