Despite the fact that the product's features are excellent, I sometimes found the graphical user interface to be difficult to use. To be fair, it's merely because there are so many options to choose from. Once I'd used it for a few weeks, I felt at ease. Keep track of all the changes is a challenge. Loading times are slower than they would be on a local system.
