What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy most the Workspace feature, where at your fingertips you have priority lead data information for a highly likely win rate. This puts you ahead of the competition that provides a competitive edge on the market!

What do you dislike most about this product?

At times you'd like to customize your data windows to a further degree.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend anyone considering the use of Oracle CX reach out to their free customer service line and have all of your questions answered. Their team is very knowledgeable and helpful to get you the information you need.
