What differentiates Optimove from other similar products?

Optimove may become in the future one of the most indispensable options to improve the sales capacity maintained by the sales team, by keeping them much more coordinated, and, therefore, it helps a lot in terms of profit collection. Our experience with Optimove has been quite profitable thanks to that.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The highlight of the operations that Optimove offers lies in its ability to perform online marketing through an organization system that allows us to sort the clients we work with into different lists, so that we can access their information quickly if we decide to keep them in more than one campaign. Throughout the first month of working with Optimove the gains relative to the ROI generated were generally very high, but in any case, since we are still in the middle of the first quarter, it seems to us that it is still too early to calculate an average ROI, so we will continue to use it for a few more months.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest problem with Optimove is that it does not seem to be able to synchronize properly with platforms oriented to the management of administrative services, especially in the area that covers all email management, making it basically impossible to work without having to rely on the channels that the platform offers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Recommended mainly for being a service that serves to optimize the capacity you normally have to do marketing, improving not only in the amount of strategies you can implement, but also in the ease with which you can use them, so that bringing news or promoting anything is something that generally takes less time.

What differentiates Optimove from other similar products?

Plan, orchestrate, measure, and optimize multitudes of tailored CRM Marketing initiatives to drive quantifiable growth. The capacity to completely understand consumers, what renders each one distinctive, and what motivates their behavior, is critical to successful one-to-one advertising and marketing. Gathering, analyzing, engineering, and extracting insights from the data are all critical components for relationship marketing success.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Optimove allows businesses to proactively address different groups and avoid customers from entering the turnover Lifecycle Stage. There's also OptiBot, a bot that recommends an action/campaign if we overlooked something.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no major dislikes in Optimove. Adding a roll-back feature would be useful in instances where matters just don't go as planned. Optimove, on the other hand, constantly considers the customer's feedback into account, and I'm confident they'll grow in this area.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

All in Optimove is extremely visible; for example, it offers features like interstage transfer that allow you to identify which sections may have an issue.
