Liferay compared product which depending on TeamSite feature for POC activity we did R& D review each functionality between these two products for our core architecture team reviews.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

OpenText Teamsite - Open deploy

What do you dislike most about this product?

We requires some additional support from core engineering team dependency for emergency resolution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We should break through the product dependencies

What differentiates OpenText TeamSite from other similar products?

It fits really well if you have a multibranded environment where you need to manage many sites in different languages and brands, although UI is outdated and slow it does allow easy customization, integrates well with server technologies like .NET and Java.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of integration and customization. Can fit well in a big variability of architechtures and infrastructures.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Is completely outdated compared with cloud hosted CMS's. UI is slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for an in-house hosted solution to manage up to hundreds of sites efficiently (but not really fast) in terms of content this might be a solution.
