What differentiates ON24 from other similar products?
I'm not familiar with every product out there, but I've gotten lots of feedback over the years that it is very easy to use and the reporting is extremely thorough. For myself, it's become easy to use and I like to see the updates they make.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that it is easy to use and there are so many features that they are always updating to the newest technology.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's just a small couple of features here and there that are not as user friendly as they could be.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it! There may be a learning curve at first but I really do like the product and am not looking to change it anytime soon.

What differentiates ON24 from other similar products?
The level of support is amazing. I can chat with a real person on their website and immediately get a helpful response.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Setting up webcasts is really easy to do, and the initiative user experience makes it easy to train my team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish you could do more with automated reports and analytics without having to integrate with a CRM.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It’s expensive, but it’s an excellent product and you get what you pay for. Just be sure to ask good questions and be willing to negotiate on pricing with your account management team and they will work with you!
