What differentiates OMNITRACKER from other similar products?
I can track incidents, service request, changes and assets in one place and adjust things as requirement change. It doesn't feel restrictive or overcomplicated even when handing complex processes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I loke how easily i can customize workflows, forms and fields to match our real support processes. It helps a lot in day to day work because i don't have to adjust my way of working just to fit the tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface feels a bit outdated compared to some newer ITSM tools and basic changes sometimes require admin involvement. For small teams or quick deployment this learning curve can be a bit frustrating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are considering OMNITRACKER so be prepared to invest time in setup and training. Define your processes clearly start with core ITSM features and then expand. It's great choice if you value flexibility and long term control over quick out of the box simplicity.
