What do you dislike most about this product?

Steady IAM without the headache

What differentiates Okta Identity Cloud from other similar products?
A lot of identity tools I've worked with either feel too rigid or too security heavy to the point where every small changes becomes a mini project. Okta feels more like a control layer than a system I constantly babysit. I can plug in apps, define access logic, and it just quietly does it's job without forcing me to rethink my whole stack.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I dont spend hours figuring out compatibility, most things just connect without friction, which saves a lot of back and forth between teams.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It doesn't always let me fully shape things in my own way and I end up depending on what they support or release next.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Pick it if you want something dependable and low maintenance.
