What differentiates Okta Identity Cloud from other similar products?

I appreciate Octa because it ensures that all my passwords are kept safe and connected to my account. I need to remember fewer passwords because the login procedure is streamlined and made faster. I feel secure knowing that my company frequently changes my Octa password, enhancing the signed security.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The company extensively uses third-party software and services, requiring strong, unique passwords. I couldn't quickly handle all of these without Okta. I like how easy it is to connect to any website I need to access securely and how the interface looks. Our Okta settings can include a variety of things.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some lag time occasionally occurs with push notifications. You will be in danger if you lose your phone because you need one to log in. You can get help from the support desk to fix the problem. Some programs still need a direct VPN connection to be accessed remotely. You must still bring your work computer to connect to the Internet at home.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A customizable and user-friendly interface makes user login easier. Enhances user identity lifecycle management and makes role management possible. The advantage is that it centralizes access to corporate resources under a reliable and customized access control system. The fact that all the apps that support OKTA are listed on one website is also remarkable.

What differentiates Okta Identity Cloud from other similar products?

I like that you can access all of the websites and applications you use from one location, and that they are secure, meaning that your information is protected. It will save you time and effort to open each app in a separate window if you sign in with a single log-in for all of your apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When I wanted to connect to my office VPN or internal tools, Okta offered the best security for business tool logins. It offers the best login code process with push notifications and a 6-digit code system. The notifications are delivered instantly and without any lag.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although this is not a major drawback, it is not very customizable, and this is something that can be changed. It occasionally freezes but not always, and response times can be prolonged.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With a single sign-in, you have access to all of your useful apps, and it is extremely safe and secure. Keep in mind that the mobile app is not as slick as the desktop app, but it still functions perfectly and does its job admirably.
