What differentiates Odoo from other similar products?
We have found it to be a very complete and comprehensive software because of the many functions it has. It has made our daily work easier with the automation of some processes such as invoices to suppliers, accounts payable and accounts receivable. These were repetitive tasks and now thanks to Odoo they are done automatically.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a tool with very useful functions such as tracking our inventory, automation of contracts with suppliers, all the accounting and administrative procedure of a company, to the functions of inventory, suppliers, contracts. The integration with other applications such as PayPal, Xero accounting and google apps integration, has also helped us to better organize the functions of our department.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It really has a lot of functions, and although it is a positive feature, it can be confusing to learn, so it takes time to understand the program and know all its functions. In this regard, the technical support is not the most helpful, so we have had to rely on internet videos to learn more about the program.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A very complete accounting system, which adds many more functions and features than any other software I know, which allows to have greater scope in the tasks and activities of the company, inventory, suppliers, logistics and financial area.

Odoo the best business tool

What differentiates Odoo from other similar products?
With Odoo we have grouped processes that we were doing in different applications on a single platform, we can handle a greater amount of information without wasting time entering other sites. With this amazing tool we can calculate the inventory in each month with an easy to manage system for our employees.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Odoo helps us to have updated processes by integrating new technologies to its platform, it has a Spanish and English version which makes it more practical to understand. With a support team that is always available via e-mail we can develop other online departments such as web pages, orders and invoices.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although the platform integrates many options, the type of navigation within the system should be improved. Odoo in some departments needs extensions of other applications to be able to complete the use and obtain a complete operation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The application has a very complete functionality that handles very extensive processes, however, it would be good if users could have a chat within the platform. Integrate some pro options to the basic account and also have a FAQ section for quick questions.
