They have the best service management and customer relationship is just amazing, they also have policies which are very friendly to their clients

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The software is best for inventory tracking, it also automates the entire invoicing process making the work easier and saving on time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Requires thorough training for new users

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Recommended for all size of businesses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Monitoring inventory

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of opportunities for training for the greater organization. We are watching YouTube videos and teaching each other.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a single individual dedicated as the master user and have it be their sole responsibility to train others and provide product support. The individual should also monitor the system to ensure entries are being made properly.
