What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

Tons of features packed on one platform, no need to deal with multiple vendors/MSPs for basic maintenance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tons of features packed on one platform with audit trails. Easy to use for patch management and remote control.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unable to remote control all screens at once and have to open up multiple connections to see different screens or toggle back and forth.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product overall. If your end user has multiple screens and you need to remote in, opening the multiple screens require additional clicks and it's a bit of an annoyance.

NinjaOne has a much quicker deployment speed than what I have see before

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the patch management features and the ability to update workstations at the push of a button

What do you dislike most about this product?

There really isnt much of anything i can say i dislike

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to really look at the product and the uses for it, alot of time is saved

It is a very easy-to-set-up and use product that allows our company to effectively monitor and manage endpoints as well as deploy software patches.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its ease of use. The design is clean and understandable

What do you dislike most about this product?

No clear deliverable deadlines on features. I would like more for Q1, Q2, Q3, etc.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Perform a trial run. Make sure it meets your needs before you commit.
