Came from Connectwise and the difference was night and day. Key aspect was the ability to respond and use NinjaOne from a Web browser.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automation and scripting are the key strong areas.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Data retention to be able to see trends needs to go beyond 90 days.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't even think about it, just move across, you won't be disappointed.

I found the user interface easier to navigate and the tools easier to user.

The layout of the platform. This makes it easy to navigate to find the tools you need to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There has been times where it takes to long to change status of issues after they have been resolved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend anyone new to this product to spend time in the Dojo, it is filled with helpful information to get you on the right track.
