What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

Its top-notch customisation and organization catergorization, especially for policies. The suupport team is also really helpful and understanding.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The features for automation are plenty and easily customisable, especially for Powershell scripting and patching management. Helpdesk is also made easier with the remote Shells and remote access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The performances of the remote access on Windows OS can be slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is the right products if you want an RMM that can automatize a lot of thing, with good organization and helpful helpdesk features.

What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

It has all the features I need as an IT Professional all in one place, others seem to have some but lack other

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The all in one management console and separation of locations to easily identify what I am currently working on

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not much, nothing I can think of now currently. Maybe some improvements on integrations with more security products, like Threatdown

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would tell them that this is a all in one software that you can easily maintain various devices, types and has a lot of good automation feature to take advantage of
