What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

All the tools incorporated into a single product makes remote management much easier than others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We utilize so many, it is hard to decide on a single favorite. I use the remote desktop feature the most, but my team uses the remote management and intigation of other tools .ike bit defender.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Helpdesk reporting does not provide all the information that the ticket contains. I have to use other tools to determine time to first touch for instance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are using anything else currently and having any issues, pull the trigger and set up a trial. It was wort it for me.

NinjaOne is the easiest to use and a very powerfull tool

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As i said, its a powerfull tool that let u remotely give support, has a good windows implementation and lets u get control fast of a PC

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration with MacOS is a bit difficult and wasted my time in some ocassions

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Mac integration is a bit slow, needs to be improved

Some times it can be a bit clunky when you need to deal with updates
