Easy to use and helpful Comms when needed. Makes my job a lot easier

The easy to use interface and being able to run custom code behind the scenes

Some times it can be a bit clunky when you need to deal with updates

Make sure you know exactly how many devices you are going to be using it on

What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

It has all the features I need as an IT Professional all in one place, others seem to have some but lack other

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The all in one management console and separation of locations to easily identify what I am currently working on

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not much, nothing I can think of now currently. Maybe some improvements on integrations with more security products, like Threatdown

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would tell them that this is a all in one software that you can easily maintain various devices, types and has a lot of good automation feature to take advantage of

What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

I like that it's a clean interface that makes it simple and easy to learn/run. Helps me assist remote workers as well as keep track of assets and make sure they're running effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The remote feature, saves me a ton of time in travel and headache!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Creating automations can sometimes be a bit confusing, but it isn't terrible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
