What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

Customer service, price and continued innovation over their platform turning everything into a one stop shop. Ease of adding new features as our needs grow and change and the reasonable pricing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Everything is easy to setup and get going. From loading remote software to setting polices up. Also the Ninja Dojo (Tech notes) are very clear and easy to read, with a lot of good to know additional details..

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I can think of at this moment has been negative or a dislike. Just somethings we are interested in more then others

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Know what you are looking for and even look to the left and right of your end goal. Ninja may have a solution for that which could greatly reduce the need for other companies and reduce multiple logins.

What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

All the tools incorporated into a single product makes remote management much easier than others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We utilize so many, it is hard to decide on a single favorite. I use the remote desktop feature the most, but my team uses the remote management and intigation of other tools .ike bit defender.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Helpdesk reporting does not provide all the information that the ticket contains. I have to use other tools to determine time to first touch for instance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are using anything else currently and having any issues, pull the trigger and set up a trial. It was wort it for me.

What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

I have used two competing products over the last few years and found that NinjaOne was the first one where the user experience lived up to the product demo we received during the initial research phase.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to build out a device from scratch automatically after installing NinjaOne. It has been a big help in developing a more robust DR plan as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to see more "use case" scenario videos where a specific problem/scenario is defined and then shown how to resolve it. Additional video/training outlining deployments of specific popular software that isn't already in their library would be useful as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You will be happy you went with NinjaOne. They are building the product I think we all want to use.
