What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?

The arrival of Nimble to our work environment has been accompanied by a much simpler, organized, and above all effective way of working our CRM, since then. We have benefited from its functions to collect, store and manage customer information frequently to keep our database updated, follow up with potential customers, improve interaction with customers, among other things, to strengthen personal and commercial relationships and generate business opportunities. The integration of Nimble with other tools, especially with Microsoft Office, has helped us to take better advantage of the resources we have and be more productive.I love how intuitiv

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how intuitive and navigable the user interface of this CRM is, which is not easy to find nowadays, and its functions are tailored to the needs of our organization. Nimble provides our team with effective operations when capturing and managing customer information while helping us to improve the interaction with them to ensure good personal and business relationships. I like everything about Nimble. However, it is fair and necessary to highlight its integration with many third-party tools, email platforms, and even social networks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The level of complexity to migrate contact data to Nimble is relatively high; at least for us, it took us a while we had to go to the support team to do it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is worth giving this CRM software a chance, it is one of the most powerful on the market, and it is incredibly affordable compared to others. Its user interface is user-friendly; functionally, it is excellent and can be integrated with many other tools.

What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?

Nimble is a fantastic CRM tool; we have benefited as an organization because of its many goodies. Since its implementation, it has had a tremendous performance. Thanks to its many functions and tools, we have had no problems providing attention and answers to our customers without neglecting the other activities carried out in the organization. The CRM is fantastic; it is practically impossible to leave conversations and customer requests unanswered.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In my organization, Nimble is used as our default CRM to generate and maintain our leads. The UI of this application is friendly and integrates practical tools and functions to provide a better interaction with our customers and better attention to them through different web channels, messaging, and email. I liked it a lot, and it has had an outstanding performance since its implementation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The web application does not work as efficiently as the desktop application, and, in my opinion, it is expensive but worthwhile software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended, it is a worthwhile investment. Its operability in our work environment has provided positive results, it is not difficult to use at all, and its customer service is attentive and responsive.
