What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a polished interface that supports larger files and it also helps to sync my passwords for all the devices I use. The file sync enables drag-and-drop of files across several devices simultaneously so its easy to share folders and files with other employees

What do you dislike most about this product?

For privacy reasons, NextCloud should disable the feature that allows me to see every other user registered on the platform. Make it easy to change user-tags not just usernames

NextCloud is a trusted platform that can be used by organizations, companies, and teams to store files in its central server where users can gain access to files directly through the interface of the server and can upload large files easily

What differentiates NextCloud Files from other similar products?

Nextcloud offers us the function of eliminating files through an email filter by attachments. It is possible thanks to Nextcloud to be able to share one by one each folder through a general point unit, besides being able to share in real time and quickly files through Nextcloud.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Nextcloud customizes through an application store integrated within its system which serves as a platform for business application integrations that in theory make everything run smoothly. It is very easy to use, as well as reliable and stable when processing data. Collaborative document editing is the best Nextcloud has to offer, as well as contact and calendar sharing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it is complicated to make certain configurations. At the beginning it was difficult to organize and configure the server for videoconferencing and after configured it still presents connection problems and is unreliable and unsafe, so sometimes we choose to use another application for this purpose.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Remove bloated mail archives caused by attachments. Because it can be divided into folder units, it can be used as a shared repository between project units and business partners to exchange information in real time. Information is usually managed separately, as users can organize it themselves.

What differentiates NextCloud Files from other similar products?

With a full content collaboration platform, Nextcloud offers global access to data while maintaining IT's control. It's now much simpler to store, distribute, and edit files individually or collaboratively, write notes during audible chats, and manage your projects and appointments from a single platform. We need not require any more ways of employee engagement because of the chat.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Members in an organization can collaborate effectively on material using Ntexcloud files so they not only generate documents but also discuss them, revise them using real-time editing, and now even broadcast them as needed. Working collaboratively makes document review simpler. Additionally, Nextcloud provides native synchronization clients for all of the popular platforms' operating systems, including Android, iOS, and iPadOS.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The inability for us to view the modifications made by others doing in any of the documents we are working on is a major drawback. In order to apply some modifications with the assurance that they will be the most recent file edition, I must ensure that others have ceased operating on any documents, had them stored and shut, and then had them synchronized with our device.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We primarily use Nextcloud to provide our partners and clients a way to share documents with our business because other solutions we use don't really offer this feature in a straightforward manner. Additionally, we store data that is distributed to clients for review and additional support. It's almost like having access to your own workplace collaborative tool now that the new photographs app has been added.
