What differentiates Netsurion from other similar products?

We loved the the ease of use, search, features, support, vulnerability test, dashboards functionality, threat detections and so many more things which are not avaiable in the other similar products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The capability it give us to control our environment and the flexibility to gather all types of log data. Their new version is even more powerful and feature loaded.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such. It works as we wanted. We are happy with the performance and price.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just go for it. The features that Netsurion provides gave much better view into our network with complete picture of whats happening along with the log management and threat detection. We are satisfied with our decision to integrate in our orginzational system.

What differentiates Netsurion from other similar products?

What I liked best about the managed SOC was how quickly they responded to a simulated hack we ran. When a firm attempted to hack us, EventTracker was able to identify a malicious script and the direction they were travelling in our network after they were inside. They swiftly contacted and emailed us to let us know that we needed to act right away. This wasn't merely a report the next day; it happened minutes after a problematic script was deployed on the network. If this had been a real network breach, we could have stopped it in a matter of minutes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Managed SEO was my favorite part.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There shouldn't be anything you can't rapidly search but if you master Lucene query or the older filter criteria search, that might be very powerful

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Making search more similar to google or bing
