What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The security of the Microsoft team is good as compared to other products. The user interface is unique as compared to other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can create meetings easily. There is a chat option available in meetings. It consumes fewer internet data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes too much RAM. The notification on mobile devices is irritating because it comes many times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall it is a good tool to use. We can create meetings easily and send invitations quickly. The microsoft team is secure so it’s very helpful.

It allows to connect with anyone or any team in the organisation instantly via messages or calls. It is great for hosting town hall sessions and video conference meetings

It allows for increased collaboration between members in an organisation by enabling easier file sharing features

What do you dislike most about this product?

Major updates seem to crash the application on user side making the service unavailable for the first couple of minutes

This has been our most useful product in organizing online learning.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are able to connect with our students even those in remote areas effectively. It offers great services and the connection is very effective. Learning has been taking place effective since the beginning of covid-19 pandemic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This is great product that does not have any functionality problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Connection has been very effective and Microsoft Teams is very powerful product and I totally recommend.
