What do you dislike most about this product?

Synchronizing my teams shared folder with my local folder presents inconveniences, however it's not something I can't fix, but it should be smoother.

Microsoft Teams is a platform with everything you need to work virtually in an efficient way, if you are looking for unification through a more interactive and cooperative communication between colleagues, this software meets the characteristics.

It is stable and most reliable product available in the market. It is cross supported and has third party integrations. It works perfectly fine with outlook apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is cross device supported. It is reliable and stable in terms of audio quality. It has stickers, GIFS and animated emojis which chatting more lively and interactive. It runs smoothly even on web version.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no HD video support for calling. Mobile application is not well optimised for ios devices. Cant share large files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is the best tool for internal communication with plethora of features. Go for it without any second doubt.

Microsoft Teams has features that streamline company communication. You need to get in and out of chats quickly and you have that ability, to share your screen from time to time frequently, add individuals to and delete chat groups, and share files quickly. It allows to develop videoconferences easily and with high quality. Plus, it's easy to send documents to share with coworkers. It is a great tool that makes our communication more effective, allows us to be more efficient and saves time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You have great options for making group video calls. It automatically adapts to your connection speed and the video call adjusts accordingly. Also, the clarity of the audio and video is excellent. It is easy to use, it allows members of my organization to be in contact with the group chat. Provides facility to add to your email contacts without hassle. You can connect from anywhere and at any time from mobile devices. It allows recording sessions to validate processes and communications. You can hold members accountable if they are recording and using the tools by posting the recordings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far I consider it necessary to improve the development of video calls, you may notice delays between the video and the audio. Also, sometimes it presents video call connection failure.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform is very suitable for teams working remotely. It can be used as the main chat and video conferencing service. I fully recommend its implementation.
