What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It is not lagging while doing video and audio conferences. Options such as enable disable screen sharing and muting other participants is some of the key features. Also customizing or blurring the background is one of the best features they provide.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Everything is stored on the cloud, You can use or share documents anytime and can download them as well. Well organized and rich tool to communicate within the team. Also, you can share the direct Microsoft Teams meeting invite via outlook which is one of the time saver options.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While using Microsoft Teams in mobile, it does not have options to blur the background or customized them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A very helpful product from Microsoft for daily uses in the team. Makes communication easy and better.

Microsoft Teams is very simple and easy to use, Since the Covid-19 Panademic it helps organizations in thier conferences and daily meetings either voice calls or video calls.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The group chats and the video calls per channel.

What do you dislike most about this product?

after working on Teams much time, it starts to hang suddenly. i need to restart the application every 6-8 hours

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

adding the webinar sessions on Teams will improve it tottaly.
