The seamless integration with other tools from the Microsoft stack, like SharePoint and Office 365

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Nothing specific, it's kind of just a tool that works which is good enough

What do you dislike most about this product?

The occasional bugs that keep coming up since the product is clearly in very active development

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think it will take over very soon. Currently it's not the best but it looks like it's going to be.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

With Microsoft Teams, i can create a chat bot that helps me with the HR task online, from the Teams interface and reduce the amount of work that the HR team used to have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to upload documents to Teams, share them and work on them with colleagues. The User Interface is super user-friendly making it easy to access, navigate and use. The documents we share, notes, photos all are stored there so we do not need to look for them every time. The 'search' button in the chats makes it easy to access the chats you want. Segregation into teams and channels helps organize the work conversations immensely.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, i have not encountered any significant problems while using Microsoft Teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this product for its high end features. Try it out to enjoy the functionalities it comes with.
