What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The fact that Teams can be integrated with variety of other productivity tools which helps us to keep track of all the KPIs in one single platform differentiates teams from other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The request control feature while sharing the screen is the favourite aspect of this product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the avaibility status keeps changing to 'Away" even though you are online and using the system which sometimes become frustrating.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to use best team collaboration platform then Teams is the best product. It is highly efficient and user friendly.

its user interface and mobile application also we can chat with the different organization also

its web-based application could be better and some time in low connection it stuck

Microsoft Teams is highly applicable for medium to large organizations as it serves the purposes of the business in terms of proper collaboration as well as proper information cascade without any distortion in understanding for any business decision
