What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Prior to using Microsoft Teams, I used Google Meet/Google Hangouts, Skype and Webex in a work setting. Teams far exceeds any of the other programs out there. I love the backgrounds you can use on Teams which isn't something I've seen on other platforms. We like to do "fun background Fridays" and have everyone pick a new background for where they are "working" in the virtual world. Helps keep our fun work culture alive in a very virtual world.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to use and how connected I feel with my team and others within the company. We are quick to hop on a teams video meeting and often do "coffee breaks" just as we would if we were in the office. Helps us all feel connected.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Teams Channels are a little confusing and I don't like that the messages don't pop up for me unless someone specifically mentions me in them. I have tried changing the settings, but nothing seems to work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are in a virtual or hybrid role, you NEED Microsoft Teams. I honestly think we are closer and talk to each other more now than we ever did in the office, and that's all thanks to Teams and how easy it is to communicate with one another. The best video or chat platform out there, hands down!

Teams offers you the best call quality and the support of Microsoft behind which guarantees an optimal performance and a wide set of servers for all the time. In addition, Teams is very present in the market which guarantees that you get trained personnel to support you at all times

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The combination of team collaboration, Microsoft applications with direct integration and efficient communications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not being able to integrate third-party applications quickly

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Teams because it represents the best video calling software today and offers you huge collaborative advantages. It is important to consider Microsoft's costs for the rest of the applications included in 365
