What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It is very convenient and easy to use, not always having to download an app or click a link and have to follow a long process. It is easy to set up and doesn't really require training for people who use technology daily. A lot of people have it since the lockdown so it is easy to set people up or call them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use and it is quick.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the video call doesn't work and people can hear me but cant see me.. This has happened a few times but others havnt faced this issue, unless it is the device I am using.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend to get it and encourage it's use as much as possible , especially in the environment we fid ourselves in.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The integration with Microsoft Office 365 is a big boost and is what mainly gives it an edge over all other competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

TEAMS connectors are a great way to facilitate connection to almost any other application or service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When the connection is a bit shaky, TEAMS seems to behave in a weird uncontrollable way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

TEAMS is a great way to manage meetings, get your data and meetings organized. I highly recommend it.
